Starting a new journey at Amazing Grace Private School is an exciting opportunity and experience while being immersed in a diverse and multicultural environment. The school offers Commercial subjects, Science subjects, and languages programmes (grade R to 12) designed to prepare students for success in the global community.

Application process

Here, we have outlined all the requirements you will need to meet when you submit an application at Amazing Grace. Please note that it is important to meet the maximum criteria listed below to have success in being accepted.

Get an information pack

Come visit us and meet with our Marketing & Admissions Officer who will take you through all the information, introduce you to our staff and show you around the school.

Write a Maths and English assessment

Assessments are conducted for prospective students entering Grade 4 – 11. They are conducted to analyse a student’s strengths and weaknesses and for the teacher to establish ways to better support the student.

Receive communication

The school will communicate the outcome of your application via email and SMS.

Submit required documents

The following is the list of all the documents required for your application

Child's SA birth certificate or a valid passport;
Parent's SA ID or valid passport;
Child's previous reports and child's clinic card.

Pay registration fee

Pay the registration fee as per the fee structure to secure space for your child.

Fee policy

The school does not accept cash payments at the school. Registration and school fees are paid via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or a direct deposit. Please ensure all payments are referenced correctly with either the Parent School Account Number(allocated once registered)or the student details( REFERENCE: Name, Surname & Grade).

Proof of payment must be either handed to the school finance department or email to finance.agps@enkoeducation.com
