\"\"<\/a>Apr\u00e8s avoir chang\u00e9 de carri\u00e8re, passant des soins infirmiers aux \u00e9tudes de d\u00e9veloppement social, le Dr Funiwe Njobe a enseign\u00e9 les \u00e9tudes de d\u00e9veloppement \u00e0 l'Universit\u00e9 de Zambie et a ensuite travaill\u00e9 pour le Centre de politique fonci\u00e8re et agricole en tant que responsable de recherche. Les apprenants devraient \u00eatre expos\u00e9s \u00e0 un programme d\u2019\u00e9tudes qui a le potentiel de les propulser bien au-del\u00e0 de leur environnement confin\u00e9 pour poursuivre leurs \u00e9tudes et leur formation. Ils devraient \u00eatre capables de d\u00e9velopper la confiance et l\u2019anticipation n\u00e9cessaires pour explorer les opportunit\u00e9s \u00e9ducatives dans d\u2019autres r\u00e9gions d\u2019Afrique.<\/p>\n

Si la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire est primordiale, quelle est l\u2019importance de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire, des soins de sant\u00e9 et de l\u2019\u00e9ducation morale dans le d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9ducatif d\u2019un enfant pour un avenir souhaitable ?<\/strong><\/p>\n

La s\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire et une nutrition ad\u00e9quate sont des \u00e9l\u00e9ments importants de l\u2019\u00e9ducation de base si l\u2019on veut que les enfants apprennent et soient attentifs en classe. Cela est tr\u00e8s important pour assurer leur r\u00e9ussite scolaire et accro\u00eetre leurs chances d\u2019\u00e9tudier n\u2019importe o\u00f9 en dehors de leur propre environnement.<\/p>\n

L\u2019\u00e9ducation morale, qui doit \u00eatre la responsabilit\u00e9 de la famille et de l\u2019\u00e9cole, est importante dans la mesure o\u00f9 elle contribue \u00e0 la r\u00e9ussite des apprenants \u00e0 rester \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole et \u00e0 ne pas tomber en d\u00e9su\u00e9tude, d\u00e9raill\u00e9s par la drogue, l\u2019alcool et d\u2019autres formes de comportement d\u00e9linquant qui sont une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 dans de nombreux pays africains, m\u00eame si c\u2019est \u00e0 des degr\u00e9s divers.<\/p>\n

Selon vous, quel d\u00e9veloppement infrastructurel renforcera encore davantage une bonne base \u00e9ducative pour ce d\u00e9veloppement ?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Il convient d'encourager le d\u00e9veloppement d'infrastructures ad\u00e9quates, par exemple en encourageant le concept d'\u00e9coles sans murs. Cela peut dissiper la peur d'apprendre dans la mesure o\u00f9 ce type d'environnement permet \u00e0 l'apprenant de se sentir plus libre d'explorer d'autres possibilit\u00e9s d'apprentissage sans crainte de restrictions.<\/p>\n

Le d\u00e9veloppement d'infrastructures ad\u00e9quates, notamment des installations sanitaires ad\u00e9quates et la disponibilit\u00e9 de l'eau courante, offrent aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves un environnement propice \u00e0 l'apprentissage et leur inculquent la confiance en soi dont ils ont besoin pour s'adapter \u00e0 tout environnement qui dispense un enseignement, comme un environnement normal. Dans les cas o\u00f9 les \u00e9coles ne disposent pas de ces installations, des cons\u00e9quences juridiques doivent \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9es aux autorit\u00e9s responsables. Les enfants doivent apprendre dans un environnement s\u00fbr et s\u00e9curis\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Pour que l\u2019\u00e9ducation de base produise des individus qui seront des citoyens \u00e9conomiquement productifs et moralement int\u00e8gres dans le futur, quel type de programme faut-il proposer ?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ils ont besoin d\u2019un programme scolaire qui cherche \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper l\u2019enfant sous diff\u00e9rents aspects et dimensions. Plut\u00f4t que d\u2019enseigner aux enfants comment \u00eatre employables, il faut les pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 penser par eux-m\u00eames, \u00e0 \u00eatre cr\u00e9atifs, \u00e0 participer \u00e0 leur propre d\u00e9veloppement et \u00e0 \u00eatre capables de poursuivre leurs \u00e9tudes n\u2019importe o\u00f9.<\/p>\n

Les apprenants doivent \u00e9galement comprendre les communaut\u00e9s dont ils sont issus. De cette fa\u00e7on, ils sont capables de s\u2019int\u00e9grer \u00e0 ces communaut\u00e9s, de comprendre leurs besoins et de nouer des liens avec elles, car ils peuvent clairement voir comment leur avenir est li\u00e9 \u00e0 leurs communaut\u00e9s et seront pr\u00eats \u00e0 contribuer au d\u00e9veloppement de leur r\u00e9gion d\u2019origine.<\/p>\n

Les parents souhaitent que leurs enfants re\u00e7oivent une bonne \u00e9ducation. Ces parents comprennent-ils ce qu'est une bonne \u00e9ducation ?<\/strong><\/p>\n

De nombreux parents consid\u00e8rent qu\u2019une \u00ab bonne \u00e9ducation \u00bb est celle qui leur permettra de trouver un emploi une fois leurs \u00e9tudes termin\u00e9es. Mais souvent, ils n\u2019interagissent pas correctement avec leurs enfants et n\u2019entretiennent pas de bons contacts avec l\u2019\u00e9cole qu\u2019ils fr\u00e9quentent. En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, les parents veulent que leurs enfants deviennent plus que ce qui les int\u00e9resse. Ils semblent vouloir s\u2019\u00e9panouir \u00e0 travers leurs enfants. Ce qui int\u00e9resse les enfants ou ce dont ils sont capables devient secondaire. Les parents doivent comprendre les objectifs et le but de l\u2019\u00e9cole dans laquelle ils envoient leurs enfants. Au mieux, de nombreux parents deviennent des participants passifs dans l\u2019\u00e9ducation de leurs enfants, au point que lorsqu\u2019ils terminent leurs \u00e9tudes et ne parviennent pas \u00e0 trouver un emploi, ils sont choqu\u00e9s et surpris.<\/p>\n

Que pensez-vous des cours qui pourraient inclure l\u2019enseignement de la responsabilit\u00e9 de ses actes, de la mani\u00e8re dont les gar\u00e7ons et les filles devraient se consid\u00e9rer les uns les autres, des mani\u00e8res acceptables de r\u00e9soudre les probl\u00e8mes, du respect de soi et du respect des autres comme partie essentielle du programme d\u2019\u00e9ducation de base ?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Les parents doivent aussi \u00eatre responsables de l\u2019\u00e9ducation de leurs enfants en mati\u00e8re de relations interpersonnelles. Ils doivent leur donner des conseils sur la mani\u00e8re dont les gar\u00e7ons et les filles se comportent les uns envers les autres afin qu\u2019ils commencent \u00e0 apprendre le respect de soi et des autres. La charit\u00e9 commence vraiment \u00e0 la maison. C\u2019est l\u2019occasion d\u2019introduire des philosophies africaines telles que l\u2019Ubuntu, car elles incarnent des valeurs acceptables que l\u2019enfant africain doit assumer \u00e0 ce niveau de son \u00e9ducation. L\u2019Ubuntu, qui est un concept qui relie une personne \u00e0 d\u2019autres personnes en reconnaissant l\u2019existence de l\u2019une par l\u2019autre, est pr\u00e9sent dans toutes les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s africaines. Cela peut avoir un impact positif sur le comportement des jeunes les uns envers les autres, en particulier lorsque ces gar\u00e7ons deviennent des hommes. Leur disposition agressive envers les femmes peut \u00eatre positivement influenc\u00e9e. Actuellement, en Afrique du Sud en particulier, les grossesses de jeunes filles au niveau de l\u2019\u00e9ducation de base sont \u00e9lev\u00e9es et le viol et le meurtre de jeunes femmes sont devenus courants et extr\u00eamement inqui\u00e9tants.<\/p>\n
