In order to maximize access to their course, the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ibo.org\">International Baccalaureate<\/a> decided to give away scholarships to a maximum of 20 applicants every year. We are proud and happy to announce that 4 of our <a href=\"http:\/\/www.enkoeducation.com\">Enko<\/a> teachers got the famous scholarship this year, thanks to their commitment for teaching.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Congratulations to:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Boma Nde Mercy Matie<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; <a href=\"http:\/\/www.enkoeducation.com\/la-gaiete\">Enko La Gaiet\u00e9 Campus<\/a><\/span>in <a href=\"https:\/\/enkoeducation.com\/our-schools\/\">Yaounde, Cameroon<\/a><\/li>\n<li><strong>Mumeleuh Amos Asonmbomwih<\/strong>&#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/enkoeducation.com\/lagaiete\">Enko La Gaiet\u00e9 Campus<\/a> in <a href=\"https:\/\/enkoeducation.com\/our-schools\/\">Yaounde, Cameroon<\/a><\/li>\n<li><strong>Munoh Adeline Ajeck<\/strong>&#8211; <a href=\"http:\/\/www.enkoeducation.com\/bonanjo\">Enko Bonanjo Campus<\/a> in <a href=\"https:\/\/enkoeducation.com\/our-schools\/\">Douala, Cameroon<\/a><\/li>\n<li><strong>Silvanos Mapako<\/strong>&#8211; <a href=\"http:\/\/www.enkoeducation.com\/sekeleka\">Enko Sekeleka Campus<\/a> in <a href=\"https:\/\/enkoeducation.com\/our-schools\/\">Vilankulos, Mozambique<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\t<div class=\"clearboth\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\t<\/div>\n\n<div id=\"padding-5\" class=\"mk-padding-divider jupiter-donut-  jupiter-donut-clearfix\"><\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\" vc_custom_1575465394625\">\n\n<div id=\"text-block-6\" class=\"mk-text-block  jupiter-donut- \">\n\n\t\n\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.uopeople.edu\/\">The University of the People<\/a> is an American online college <a href=\"http:\/\/3w1fdw3g237j15p5421zov1f-wpengine.netdna-ssl.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/DEAC-for-website.pdf\">accredited<\/a> by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.deac.org\/\">Distance Education and Training Council<\/a> and based in Pasadena, California. Earlier this year, alongside the International Baccalaureate, they have invited teachers from across the continent to apply for the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ibo.org\/professional-development\/which-type-of-training-is-right-for-me\/university-of-the-people\/\">University of the People\u2019s Master\u2019s of Education scholarship program<\/a>. The mission at the core of this partnership is to offer courses designed to improve the quality of teaching in the world.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\t<div class=\"clearboth\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n<div  data-mk-stretch-content=\"true\" class=\"wpb_row vc_row vc_row-fluid jupiter-donut- mk-fullwidth-false  attched-false     js-master-row  mk-grid\">\n\t\t\t\t\n<div class=\"vc_col-sm-12 wpb_column column_container  jupiter-donut- _ jupiter-donut-height-full\">\n\t\t<div class=\" vc_custom_1575465385881\">\n\n<div id=\"text-block-8\" class=\"mk-text-block  jupiter-donut- \">\n\n\t\n\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This year, the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ibo.org\">IB<\/a> received <strong>over 100 applications coming from 18 African countries<\/strong>. Out of the 20 teachers who were awarded the M. Ed. Scholarship, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.enkoeducation.com\/our-schools\">Enko Schools<\/a> were among the<strong> most <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ibo.org\/news\/news-about-the-ib\/ib-announces-20-scholarship-recipients-to-the-university-of-the-people-m.ed.-program\/\">represented institutions<\/a><\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When asked why he applied for the M. Ed. programme, our committed teacher from <a href=\"https:\/\/enkoeducation.com\/our-schools\/\">Mozambique<\/a>, Silvanos Mapako replied \u201cfor personal professional development.\u201d\u00a0 In fact, this opportunity also opens career development doors for our teachers. As she put it, \u201cthis degree will improve my teaching skills, make me an effective teacher and a coach to other teachers in our community, so that we can all raise\u00a0 lifelong learners that will contribute positively to our society.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The entire <a href=\"http:\/\/www.enkoeducation.com\">Enko Education<\/a> team is extremely <strong>proud<\/strong> of all its teachers and wishes the scholarship awardees luck in their new endeavors!
