Enko Education recruits its “Head of Marketing and Sales”

We are looking for our first head of student recruitment to oversee all aspects of recruiting new families in
the Enko programmes. This role is a critical position as our entire business model relies on the fill-rate of our
schools.

Your marketing targets are urban middle-class families living in main cities in Sub-Saharan African countries,
working in local companies, administrations, associations, embassies or running their own business. You will
also interact with companies’ top management, government officials, journalists, influencers, teachers and
heads of schools.

To achieve your recruitment and retention objectives, you’ll use all dimensions of the marketing and
communication mix, on B2C and B2B channels. Your role will involve execution, management and strategy.
You’ll be supported by a local team based in our countries of operation and a central team in Johannesburg.
