What Enko Education parents think about distance learning

It has been more than two weeks now since our schools have been closed and we have implemented distance learning for all our students. It hasn’t been easy because we had to act very quickly because of the rapid closure of schools.

Enko Education’s main objective is to deliver high-quality education to its students and we continue to honour this mission in spite of the particular conditions.

We want to thank our Enko parents for their unfailing support since the beginning of this crisis. In all our schools, they express their relief about their child’s education and give us a lot of support.

“Let me first congratulate you and the rest of the teachers for the excellent way in which you have organized distance learning!”

Overall, parents’ feedback is very positive. We are always listening to our parents: their comments and suggestions are welcome to help us improve our distance learning. Thus, we recently sent out a satisfaction survey to receive as many comments as possible to help us improve.

A parent at Enko Riverside in Mozambique thanked our Head of School “Let me first congratulate you and the rest of the teachers for the excellent way in which you have organized distance learning!”

A parent at Enko Ouaga told us “We had a lot of questions and that’s when we received the email from the school stating that they were going to implement a distance learning system… Wow! It was very unexpected as it was a big positive surprise… It was a big concern and you found the solution to it We salute the reactivity of the entire school which, for me, is a pioneer in terms of technology usage. It’s impressive how reactive you were all as well as how quickly it had been implemented.”

At Pestalozzi Education Centre, a mother commented on Facebook: “The communication from the school management is just marvellous. Continue with this spirit of stakeholder engagement”.

Receiving these kinds of comments and testimonials warms our hearts and comforts us in our distance learning, even if unwanted.

You sent us pictures of your children studying at home, keep it up, we’ll share them on our social networks!
